Conway Says Trump Can Do Apprentice In His Spare Time

Kellyanne Conway defended President-elect Donald Trump’s decision to remain an executive producer on NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice” even as he takes office, arguing that “presidents have a right to do things in their spare time,” CNN reports.

Said Conway: “He’s a very transparent guy. Everyone can see what he’s doing, and the fact is that he is conferring with all types of experts who tell him what he can do and not do as president of the United States. If this is one of the approved activities, then perhaps he will consider staying on.”

1. If he has that much spare time, maybe he could spare a little of it for the intelligence briefings.

This is the left hand waving so that we aren't watching what the right hand is doing.

S/He is the chief PUBLIC servant, and including brief holidays, must always be on call to manage the country. Being president isn't just any job, it requires total and complete commitment.

Then there's "perhaps he'll consider staying on," which is a slap in the face of the American public. The very thought of the vulgar Ugly American who's about to assume the presidency is difficult to accept. This is not going to play out well.

Kellyanne Conway said, "He’s a very transparent guy. Everyone can see what he’s doing,..."

In what way is Donald Trump "transparent?" He's never released his tax returns. He's never released his business interests. He's never released his debts or assets. He's never released his medical reports. His policy statements have run the full spectrum in every area.

No one can see what Donald Trump is doing and far too many Americans accept that opaqueness. Our country is in deep trouble.

If she really thinks presidents have spare time. Uts the most demanding job on the planet. They all age at twice the rate normal people do. Obama is still young and yet you can see how fast it has aged him. Compare the before and after pictures.

What a bullshitter!

As if one of the major networks is going to film him every week at his golf game? As if they will make millions of dollars off Barack Obama's golf game?

What a load!
