As of right now she the best that MSNBC has and I barely watch her show. After the election I just couldn't stomach it anymore. The network personalities failed to question the Trump nonsense while simultaneously giving a platform to his "speeches" and surrogates.

II remember how glad I was when Joy filled in for several vacationing hosts, and it was quite a few! Even Rachel mentioned Joy not having a day off for WEEKS when she was thanking her for handling her show.

When I said to my husband that I don't know if there are enough intelligent and only marginally-political podcasts to keep me going for the next four years. I have a two-hour commute every day, and I've been burning through The Moth and its ilk at a rate of knots for the past month.

NPR, my former go-to, is unlistenable, as are many of its satellites.

Nice to read her thoughts here, as I have sworn off all TV news as of Nov 9. I have not watched a minute of the fake news the MSM continues to peddle for the last month and I don't plan on watxhing any time soon.

I miss Joy's show, but right now I don't think I could stomach even the few bits of "let's hear from the other side" perspective she provides on her show.
