I was looking at the election results

And I noticed that the gap between Clinton and Trump has closed up by over 5,000 in Pennsylvania since the last time I checked a few days ago.

He was leading by just under 70,000 and now it's a little over 64,000. I wonder why that is? Perhaps they found similar issues like they did in Wisconsin.
