not with the help of Paul Ryan or Mitch McConnel. In fact both distanced themselves from Trump.

I say this because there seems to be significant confusion over what Pelosi's roll is.

Her role is to manage legislative agenda in her party. So as majority leaders she gathered the votes needs to pass Obama's agenda (ACA, Dodd-Frank, bailing out car industry, repeal DADT etc.) as minority leader her job will be to stop as far as possible Trump's agenda.
