Obviously that wasn't correct.
I'm a big fan of wind power (!), and agree that failures like this are exceedingly rare, and pose very little, if any, danger to persons or the surrounding environment.

(26,644 posts)Glad no one was injured. But, to put this in perspective with, say, an oil rig failure or pipeline blowout, we're not looking at years of cleanup and environmental impacts.
