Where are the Republicans??

Are they blind and/or oblivious to the world going on around them?

Or do they simply choose to take Party over Country?

Is there not one that will see we are in a constitutional crisis?

They love to investigate and prosecute, except when it needs to be done.

It's an example of "vincible ignorance".

www.thefreedictionary.com/Vincible+ignorance Thus it is obvious that invincible ignorance is never a sin: vincible ignorance is a sin, if it is of those things which someone is obliged to know, but not if it is of those things which he is not obliged to know. Vincible ignorance is such that a person both could and should have overcome it.

It truly is unforgivable.

They'd have to get a lot of Republicans on board without Trump hearing about it. If he heard I'm sure he would lash out in some unexpected way. Possibly even with mysterious accidents occurring to key members. (A popular political technique used by Hitler and Japan's right wing.)
And he will be so paranoid that he will have spies all through the government, you can be sure.

But all they did was fool themselves into believing reality could be dictated by their nonsense as the masses ignored them.

8. McCain is speaking up...but many Republicans say he is not one.....

I didn't know he still had it in him anymore.....

"I don't give a damn what the president wants to do," he said. "We will not waterboard. We will not torture people."

McCain went even further to say that anyone who brought back waterboarding would be in court in a "New York minute."

The sad part is the people who vote for them and cannot see this for themselves.

I disagree. There was a time when the Republican Party, wrong-headed and short-sighted as it was then, DID put the interests of the country over the fortunes of the Republican Party. But that that school of thinking ended twenty years ago, and most of the Republican apparatchikks and office-holders who thought that way have either died or left office.

Lest some left-liberal throw tantrums about my having that the Republican Party once thought that way, I would say that such a time is history, dead history, dead, gone, over, ashes, and dust-bunnies, and it will NEVER return.
