My gut was feeling bad juju all day. As much as I wanted to believe the polls I kept hearing Thom Hartmann and Michael Moore saying he could win. I knew at 8:45 pm pst and the reaction of the tv hosts he won.

Since then I have not been able to watch any cable news. I might just extend my boycott indefinitely. Every time I turned on MSNBC it was orange hitler and never anything positive about Hillary and only about her godamn emails,

i seriously think that our history of tearing into fishy election results is known and feared. if you knew it was close enough to steal, and you planned to steal it, and you could blind the witness, and you were a thug, that is just what you would do.

maybe my tinfoil is too tight, but i'm just sayin.

Very similar thought came to me before, I've been hacked before and it had the same feeling but it's just someone fucking with you what makes it scary is you don't know who.

I hope they have law enforcement involved to trace who did it, more serious than vandalism but more like shutting a business down.

Except more out in the open. They're proud to hijack democracy -- they view cheating as strategy.

I can't help thinking about Fascism in Italy prior to WW II. Trump is a pompous buffoon in every way Mussolini was. A vain self indulgent buffoon manipulated by a far right wing to do their unchecked bidding.

...the Trump camp is populated with plenty of script kiddies from 4-chan and reddit. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN EXPECTED AND PLANNED FOR. These are black hat hackers, plain and simple. And quite frankly, this may happen again.

. . .hacking DU had zero effect on the election. Almost everyone here already voted for HRC by the time the hack occurred. And undecideds weren't coming here for influence.

It was a crappy thing to do, and it screwed up a lot of our plans for election night coverage, but this wasn't part of a rig.

I could have done it that night by sitting with people watching election coverage, which i did for a while.

None of that changed the outcome between 4pm EST last Tuesday and Wednesday morning.

Not sure where you're going with this. A bit too CT'ish for me.
