are they considered junk polls by the M$M? All I'm hearing lately, day & night, is how "the polls are tightening".

It is called a business model.
Ask yourself when was there EVER an election cycle when the ad-sellers (aka "the media" did NOT claim "the race is tightening." The last one I can remember was 1984 Reagan V. Mondale. And maybe 1996 Clinton V. Dole. One the others ended with the chorus of "Wow, this is some horse race -- buy more ads."

(31,237 posts)3. I know, I'm a veteran of several horrific election cycles, but this one seems especially dishonest.
The only time Hillary seems to be mentioned is in a negative context. I get that the media needs a horserace, lest people stop tuning in and spending money, but I just want this election over, and hopefully by Thanksgiving, "The Deplorables" will have accepted Dump's loss, and moved on.
