It is 9:23 AM 10/31/16 and why does Comey still have his job @ the FBI?

Outside of A.G. Lynch and or President Obama do not want to be seen as
being partisan so close to the election. Because he (Comey) violated so many
guidelines in stirring up shit about stuff found on Weiner laptop and very well
might have broken the Hatch Act.

March his ass in front of them and FIRE HIM in under 30 seconds.

And then his office, papers, and electronic equipment seized as evidence.

3. He shouldn't even need to be asked. He chose to fall on the sword for love of party.

He knows what he did was absolutely in violation of the Hatch Act and he broke the law anyway.

This sets a dangerous precedent in our nation's law enforcement and political discourse. And it shows the levels at which government officials will go to influence our electoral process in a last ditch effort to save the dying republican party.

Comey knows he should resign, for this disgraceful and shameful act of partisanship. He has brought down the nation's top law enforcement agency and put a face on how corrupt individuals at the highest levels really are.

The Hatch Act of 1939, officially An Act to Prevent Pernicious Political Activities, is a United
States federal law whose main provision prohibits employees in the executive branch of the
federal government, except the president, vice-president, and certain designated high-level
officials of that branch, from engaging in some forms of political activity. The law was named
for Senator Carl Hatch of New Mexico. It was most recently amended in 2012.

He's smart, he knew the consequences. IMO it was all planned, not by chance. Should not have been anywhere near a position of that level IMO.

in place. That's the way career political people get around inconvenient laws and stuff.

He's heading for a cushy partnership at a top 10 law firm. A Fellowship at AEI or some other conservative storage facility. Come to think of it Dick Cheney's old press spokesman Pete Williams has been a found of info in the current story maybe he'll get Comey a cushy job at MSNBC

He can't do it before the election without HURTING Hillary.

But after she's elected. Fire his ass.

In the meantime A.G. Lynch needs to put under wraps somehow ... @ the very least
she needs to read him the riot act today.

Sadly, to the right wing mouth breathers they will see firing Comey as an example of
"Crooked Hillary" and "Un-Constitutional Obama." And not that he broke rules and
laws and was fired for cause.

since signing the Constitution, but it will still wreak havoc. It's just basic human decency to wait til after the election, with or without the Hatch Act.

Now we know what Comey has none of.
