Frank Luntz -- certainly no liberal icon -- tweeted this update on polling since the Comey announcement. Let's hope this lack of impact continues all this week.

Basically he says in the 8 states and national polls run since Comey's release, "don't show a shift yet."

best highlight: YouGov poll of PA -- unchanged (+8 Clinton) and 2 up in CO, now +3 Clinton from +1 in previous poll. Also Emerson WI poll -- still +6 Clinton, unchanged from previous poll.

But I can tell you who isn't sleeping well tonight:

James Comey, who no doubt realizes he might face charges of having broken federal law. And no matter how things turn out in the end, he's going to be on the receiving end of a shit-storm for a long time to come.

Trump supporters who have realized that he's STILL toast, and NOTHING is going to change that.

Republicans who have realized that this news byte has triggered Democrats to rally around their nominee more passionately than ever. HRC supporters are donating more, committing to more hours of GOTV efforts, and many fence-sitters have come over to the Hill side out of sheer pique.

SOME people won't be getting a good night's sleep - but I ain't among them.
