Possible Post-Election Scenario

Trump loses.

Trump won't concede.

Trump sues.

Trump loses in court.

Trump claims American Judicial System is rigged. More reason why he should be President.

The question is when does the Electoral College's vote finally resolve the matter?

The concession is a formality, a tradition. Important messaging but it carries no actual weight. Warren DeMontague Oct 2016 #3

But even after that it can be challenged in the House or Senate all the way up to January 20, 2017

I've said before, what I suspect is, he'll keep whining as long as people point tv cameras at him. Turning them off is the only thing that will make him stop.

He can't just "go to court" to chuck out the election results from all the different states. At least, I have trouble envisioning him doing that in multiple venues.

The Bush/Gore situation was specific to Florida and whether or not there would be a recount, etc.

If he loses by anything resembling a real margin, he's done, there's nothing he can do. Whether he concedes or not is beside the point. Of course, he can still cause all sorts of problems by stirring up his brownshirts with talk of the election being "stolen", but constitutionally he's out of luck.
