If the GOP keeps control of either House of Congress they will be more obstructive than ever McCain has already said that there will be NO Hillary Supreme Court Justice pick either unless it is a pick the GOP makes. THEY WILL APPOINT THE JUDGE. In fact they will not approve ANY federal judge picked by Hillary.

The GOP will have only begun to shut down government because Hillary will NOT be able to suggest ANYTHING. In their little minds the GOP attitude is that IT IS THEIR COUNTRY TO RUN THEIR WAY all the way down to the local level.
