What Trump Will/Won't Do...
I've got a couple of 'undecided' voters on my FB page (ugh). I wrote this in a last ditch effort to get them to listen. (I had Trump supporters, but to save my sanity and keep my blood pressure down, I escorted them off page.)
What Trump WILL do if elected president:
#1 - He will fail all of us when it comes to negotiating with allies.
#2 - He will roll back LGBT protections.
#3 - He will undermine the environmental and food protections.
#4 - He will enact legislation that hurts women and children.
#5 - He will be the most xenophobic president ever.
What Trump will NOT do if elected president:
#1 - He will not bring back jobs.
#2 - He will not help your family.
#3 - He will not care about the average American.
#4 - He will not be trusted by most of the world.
#5 - He will not build a wall and get Mexico to pay for it.
If you think Trump even has an inkling what politics is about, you're deluding yourself. To say he's an outsider is not a badge of honor. It is an indecent reason to elect him to the highest office in the land. I'm not even sure the man should be made dogcatcher.
I get a lot of people don't like Hillary Clinton. She wasn't my first choice, either. But right now, she is the ONLY viable choice for president of the US. She has the know how. The temperament, The savvy.
Keep in mind that for Obama's eight years as president, he was blocked at every turn by a do-nothing Congress, who then turned around and complained that he wasn't getting anything accomplished. Republicans have lost their way. They used to be honorable people who you could at least discuss issues with. Now? Those who are still decent people are being shouted down by those who seek to thrust Trump into a seat of power he has no business holding.
He's failed his wives, he's failed his businesses, he's failed those who trusted him.
Please, I beg of you, don't give him a chance to fail our country.
