The Paid Speeches Flags dossier is extraordinary.

It shows competency at a level that I've never seen before. We're talking about having staffers go over every single transcript of every single speech that Clinton made, and specifically find things that could be seen as controversial. Seemingly in response to those speeches being leaked by some other actors.

Now mind you, none of it, literally none of it is actually controversial. It's proactively compiling a list of things that Clinton has said and positions that she has taken which could be misconstrued in the media.

Of course, Wikileaks went ahead and highlighted sentence after sentence of boring rhetoric, acting as if it was somehow mind blowing, but if you read the full context of the highlight, it is nothing out of the ordinary.

What strikes me is simple: someone made the decision in Clinton's circles to go over every single speech (likely Clinton herself signed off on it), find anything that could be misconstrued, and build upon it to provide context.

Who would think to do that other than a person who coined the term "Great Right Wing Conspiracy"? Because it really is real. Most of the stuff that Wikileaks highlighted paints Clinton in a more liberal light, for example, they think it's controversial that Clinton would want a single payer style system like Canada has (even though it's unquestionably cheaper and more effective).

It's fascinating to me how on point Clinton's team is. They're going to do some seriously crazy amazing stuff once they are in office.

Because of how boring it is and uncontroversial.

Hell, "the media" has gone full on meta, discussing openly whether or not itself is "in the tank" for Clinton, haha: http://money.cnn.com/2016/10/15/media/donald-trump-media-journalists/index.html
