Gotta laugh out loud for that one.

I think the NYT needs to sue tRump for his accusation that Secretary Clinton approve all thier stories.

suspect the trump team knows this as well, and last night's email was nothing more than a lame attempt at intimidation likely ordered by His Orangeness himself. it probably works well on people who don't have a legal staff and don't know their rights.

It's CRAZY.

I've recently lost all sense of what's sane. I'm totally adrift in a sea of unsane.

In a way... It's liberating.

Trump banned Washington Post reporters from his rallies and look what they did to him. David Farenthold was unleashed. In August, he threatened to revoke the NYTs press credentials and called it a "failing paper". OOPS! As the saying goes, "never argue with a man who buys ink by the barrel".

Last sentence in paragraph. "We decline" = "bring it on sucker"
Second paragraph. "Nothing in our article has had the slightest effect on [his] reputation..." =
"you bought it, baby, now you own it!"

It is a difficult mind picture, stodgy old lawyers dancing on tabletops, and laughing like maniacs. But I picture that's what it looked like when they were drafting their 'response'.

The second paragraph takes Mr. Kasowitz (Esq.) back to first year law school.

I wonder if he'll keep this one in his C.V.

to bullying and suing the little people and businesses. He has picked fights with the Clintons and the press. His entire organization will begin to unravel over time. His kids will be left with an inheritance but no value to the brand.

You can't sue because of the words said: You have to prove that the newpaper knew it was untrue and published it only to hurt his reputation, which he, himselv, cratered.

No judge would even agree to hear this case. It would last about 20 seconds, just enough time to get everyone into the courtroom and read the accusation, and poof, gone.

Politics' that he is from a prime time gig in Washinton. He is unsuited for it, and it is in everyone's best interest this is done. It's not even up for debate.
