couldn't stand to listen to him. Michelle Obama gave a kick ass good speech before Trumps speech so I felt I could could tolerate him.

That's a trick I was taught during command voice/brief presentation training for when you have an allergy or sinus condition.
You let your uvula do most of the work so you don't constantly have to pause or sniff, but you tend to sound like you're sighing a lot and risk yawning, which may or may not be optimal.
Of course, you have to hold your mouth slightly open, so you risk looking like you just had a stroke when you're pausing, but if you don't have thin lips, it can be very effective way to present yourself.

I suppose the reason he's so angry is that he has to wait for his fix. Not saying he indulges in, well, "BC powder" if you know what I mean, but from some of the things he has done out in the open, and "said" (especially through tweets at 3am...), I have a nasty suspicion he does. He shows all the symptoms, and he was a major party/club animal back in the 70's and 80's when that sort of thing was prevalent.
