I'm REALLY worried about Hillary Clinton's safety. WingNuts are coming unglued.

All last night and into this morning I've watched the Trump surrogates lose their flipping minds. Becoming even more unhinged. And I kept thinking that somebody, somewhere is going over the edge.

And I'm really worried about some crazy 'doing something'.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I can't get this thought out of my head.

I know it's not a universal truth but a large proportion of these idiots are just hot air. The threat is, imo, exaggerated.

It's not a new phenomenon. Booth was a nut. Czolgosz and Guiteau were nuts. Oswald was a lone nut. Hinckley, Fromme, et al.

All it takes in one is a true statement, but it isn't different just because Trump is running for POTUS.

So many more violent asswipes have been coaxed out of the woodwork and programmed with this insane notion that Hillary Clinton will just straight up murder people she doesn't like.

This stuff has been happening for a really long time. I don't understand how this is different. There have been lots of guns a long time. There have been people who are unhinged a long time. There have been people who talk about something like this, but don't actually follow through a long time.

Not grasping how the threat is greater now.

I wish I didn't worry, but I do. I have been dealing with a very hostile workplace situation and family tragedies, one after another, for the past 16 years. One issue drove me to retire early, the other to bury five of my family members, and I think it has just become an ingrained behavior pattern that now envelopes a myriad of other situations.

Trust me, it is my goal to reel it in. It will just take time.

But, you yourself said we have thwarted many attempts. That's the silver lining Siwsan! I knew i could find one in there someplace!

This is why we really need to push this issue and push it hard.

If we had any real laws or regulations in place this wouldn't be something we'd have to worry about.

Expect nothing but obstruction, and possible several states threatening to secede. The amount of outright hatred in our country is staggering at the moment. Seems like 25% of the country thinks Hillary is literally the Anti-Christ or something.

They still have their guns.

If they aren't rich, they pay less in taxes.

Those who had no health insurance now do.

The stock market is way up. The deficit is way down.

Will reality ever soak in for them?

I've been reading some pretty unhinged comments on Facebook. Some Republican women get it and try to explain their disgust in Trump's statements, and others rush in to reinforce the opinion that, yes, what he said was deplorable, but Hillary must not be President. Reasoning is out the window for them.

is using more guards than usual and will be especially alert her first 6 months in office. Or maybe all the way through. In my little view, I think this is not a typical "there are always nutjobs" situation. Trump has called for her assassination at least twice if not three times. Three is far more than one nutjob out there just crazy enough to do it.
I wish we had such a thing as a clear full head helmet that was bulletproof! And I am serious about that. She can wear a vest but that only protects one portion of the body.
