1. The truth of karma

As a Buddhist, I believe in the truth of karma. Good decisions lead to good outcomes; bad decisions lead to bad outcomes. Karma is very complicated. The causes of karma can reach far into the past. Its result can reach far into the future. The people that you trample underfoot on the way up the ladder are the same ones you encounter on the way down. And they remember how you treated them.

Too bad Trump is a narcissist, who sees the little people as someone to use and take advantage of. He cares not how he affects other people. That Republicans still cling to this man as a presidential candidate is a great great sorrow for our country. That some of them whistfully hint at armed revolution if Clinton is not elected is pretty darn scarey and definitely the breeding ground for Fascism.
