1. Did you donate more than a total of$200 to any candidate in a single election cycle?

Primaries are counted as one election cycle and the general election is another.

My SIL just received a check from the Sanders campaign, saying she sent to much. SIL promptly cashed it, then sent it 'Down Ticket'.

Haven't really started yet, but I don't think that they record reimbursements.
