who knows, but I just get that feeling...of course, it might be the next Monday and there is a longer warm-up, but either way the suspense is killing me...

editing etc the 20 or so decisions she said are still pending, but I sure don't know. She did suggest she'd be working this weekend, didn't she?

3. According to SCOTUSblog, Friday was the last day for passing dissents in the ACA case

June 1 was the last day for passing the majority opinion and other assents. So I'm hoping it's tomorrow.

approving language by justices agreeing with a particular dissenting opinion?
And if Friday was the last day for this, what has to be done, procedurally, before the entire decision is ready to be issued?

But you got the gist of it. After the conference and the vote, various drafts of the opinions go from justice to justice, seeing who will sign on, etc. Friday was the last day for dissents to be passed. Final approvals. I'm hoping it's out this Monday. Next Monday for sure, though.

Not familiar with the term, but certainly with the concept; worked for a government agency, and drafted decisions which were reviewed, and re-reviewed, etc etc etc.
