In this 43-second video clip, two Trump supporters talk to an NBC reporter, and well, the ignorance and sexism and lookism by these two women is mind-boggling. Here is the short conversation in full followed by the audio/video. It’s presumed at the beginning of the interview they are talking about former Miss Universe of Venezuela, Alicia whom Trump called “Miss Piggy” and “Miss Housekeeper.”...

Sandy: I think Hillary is just looking for something because she can’t seem to find anything on him. He needs to not play into that. Don’t play into her stuff. You, know, let her say — let her try to get you ruffled, but don’t let her ruffle ya. Just keep on point about what you’re gonna do because we love it. We all feel the same way. NBC Reporter You just referred to Trump as a god.

7. Cargo culters.

Y'know, Trump's going to come into their community, put a million dollars in the bank accounts of all his true believers, tell all the businesses to just start back up and hire everyone part time at full-time pay. Trump's also going to assign immigrants and liberals to his true believers do the housework they either don't want to do anymore or assign to their kids to "build character". Basically, because they are loyal Trumpettes, their kids won't need to build any character.
He's also going to give all their special kids college degrees so those kids can do whatever they want.

Oh, and Trump is going to make sure their perfect little true believer communities will never have to worry about paying taxes, or maintaining infrastructure, or getting clean water, food, or good health care - because that's what Cargo Cult Jesus always promised.
Just ask all those South Pacific Islanders who got suckered into subjugation back in the late 19th/early 20th century.

The only difference is that Trump doesn't actually have to bring Cargo, he only needs to bring the promise of Cargo through the medium of TV and other media, and tell these people who's really responsible for taking the Cargo they deserve away from them. Since they're rather simple and easy to manipulate emotionally, all he needs to be is convincing - and since he's "rich" - more wealthy than anyone they know, it's easy for him to convince them.


Historically, it was all good until the plane with the Cargo didn't come anymore, and they got stuck dying off while serving some rubber plantation owner, without access or memory of any of the native support system and cultural ties that used to keep them pretty much happy and thriving before Cargo came to upset the way of things.
