I bought 4 tickets on the 40 yard line for the game between UNC and Va Tech on Saturday for my husband to take some friends. It's his birthday present.

Some $$ blown on a football game is nothing compared to what people in Haiti will have gone through, but damn! If they play the game
the guys will probably end up here watching it--if we have power--or maybe they'll reschedule it if the hurricane really hits us, which some of the tracks call
for it to come over the center of NC. The one game I buy him tickets...

5. the center of this thing...

is going to hang out just off shore while the western half of the storm hugs the coastline. that's about as bad as it can get because its going to lash the entire coastline with hurricane force winds while the center stays over the water and maintains its strength.
