The media, particularly since Ronnie R., has made a concentrated, shall I say diabolical effort to paint ANYONE on the left of BAT-SHIT-CRAZY, as a commie, socialist, un-American, freedom-hating, gay-loving, unchristian . . you can add more I'm sure. They spread the word far and wide with the help of Roger Ailes, on Reagan's team, Lee Atwater, on Reagan's team and on and on until the airwaves were full of hate, fear and LIES. Reagan, who was about as un-Christian as they come, had them humpin' their bibles, wavin' their flags, carrying their guns, wearing their hoods (or not) ~ starting his campaign off in Philadelphia, Mississippi just 7 miles from where 3 civil rights leaders were murdered by the same white vigilantes we see today following dRumpf. Then of course, added to the hate spreading machine was talk radio with the likes of Limbaugh, and his wanna-be's, then along came FOX, the biggest manure spreader of all. So, now all these 'wonderful' Christian gay-haters, racists, women haters, had something they could really sink their teeth in. This is where we are right now, folks, and frankly, I don't see how we can stop this gargantuan snowball of hate, fear and lies. The Nazi party a.k.a. republicans, have taken over the air waves, the brainwaves, and it doesn't seem there's anyone strong enough on the left to combat that machine. The media is a corporate machine that is paid to do the top 1%'s bidding and they're collecting their pay checks daily.
