(111,305 posts)I suppose Flowers is still annoyed at the Clintons because her audition to be a trophy wife failed.
Trump is just trash with money. There's no other word for him, they all seem inadequate.

As a matter of fact, you could be here for a hundred years and it still wouldn't be worth my while to try to educate you about something you would refuse to learn.

(1,242 posts)From the article
" Clinton communications director Jennifer Palmieri commented, Hillary Clinton plans on using the debate to discuss the issues that make a difference in peoples lives. Its not surprising that Donald Trump has chosen a different path.
A Clinton official speaking with BuzzFeed News said Trumps reaction showed he was easily provoked which would undermine attempts to show he was presidential at the debate.
The co-chair of the nonpartisan commission that operates the debates said on Saturday that Cuban will not actually be sitting in the front row. But he will attend the debate, continuing his ongoing feud, which dates back about a decade, with Trump. Just this summer, Cuban questioned whether Trump is really a billionaire and criticized Trump as a liar."
Could be wrong but from the response from Clinton communications Don fell for bait . So where is Flowers going to sit by Melania , Ivanka ?
A little further down in article .......
" Flowers confirmed the news in on her public Facebook linked from her website
Hi Donald Trump
Im in your corner. Of course I will see u at the debate !!, Flowers wrote on Facebook.
It still boils down to misogyny by Don

(10,252 posts)What kind of woman allows herself to be used by Donald Trump, who cares not a bit if she gets humiliated? Having been burned once, she allows herself to be excoriated once again the MAmedia and millions of women, who have no sympathy for "the other woman" and would-be home wrecker. Flowers must be desparate for attention. Pathetic.
Sadly she seems like she likes the attention. Otherwise, no way! (I'm curious if Trump approached Monica Lewinsky about this, as well.)
Honestly, I thought it was tasteless to try to get a rise out of trump with the Mark Cuban invite, but this is so much worse.

(3,212 posts)Only thing is, Flowers can't win here, and is incredibly stupid for being used like this. I wouldn't be surprised at all if she's being paid to do so, so I also won't be surprised if the Clinton campaign will be following up on her bank account in the next few weeks.

(1,242 posts)the exposure , attention etc and $$$$ .
Don and Co took the bait with Cuban and are now walking back there words and trying to cover another lie and showing how low they will go and how insecure .

(550 posts)This is just typical hyping an event and changing the point of emphasis. Now, rather than the content of the debate...the first thing discussed by the networks at its conclusion will be whether or not she attended. I'm amazed Trump is allowed to constantly frame the narrative into a distraction...every single time.

Taunting the wife of the man she [claims to have] had an affair with.
Its a sick form of intimidation.

(24,766 posts)Hillary is not a woman who's easily intimidated. She's been standing up to bullies since she was 4.

(1,499 posts)Donald Trump is without a doubt a misogynistic piece of flotsam.
However, with Bill Clinton being one of the most effective political campaigners in history, do you : (a) think this is an attack directed at Hillary; and, (b) that our side trashing Bill helps them or us?
This is a cheap shot by a gutter dwelling imitation of a human being. Everyone knows it.
