Shooter at Washington mall who killed five people is labeled "Hispanic" based on photo

Cetin’s neighbor who saw him being arrested and took pictures of the arrest, says that Cetin’s ex-girlfriend and her grandmother were among those shot in the Macy’s.

Don't know if it is true, but he did seem to target women (though one victim was a man). Seems motivated more by misogyny than anything else. Eliot Rodgers was motivated largely by MRA misogyny, but actually ended up shooting more men.

in high school.

According to their own spokesman, they came to that conclusion themselves based on the photo. At first they described him as "dark complected" and then Hispanic. When asked why, the explanation given was exactly that.
