Prosecutors charged a white Oklahoma police officer with first-degree manslaughter Thursday, less than a week after she fatally shot an unarmed black man on a city street and just days after police released graphic videos, saying in court documents that the officer "reacted unreasonably."

Although I'd argue it should be a murder charge -- gonna be hard to convince me that she shot at him WITHOUT malice, i.e. with no intent to actually kill him.

It speaks to an attitude of, "Well, it's fine by us if whoever we shoot just bleeds out," and that's deplorable.
