You New Yorkers are VERY lucky:

http://nypost.com/2016/09/10/this-proves-ralph-steadman-is-more-than-just-a-gonzo-artist/

“He was 6-foot-8, but not as beefy,” Steadman says of {Hunter} Thompson, who killed himself in 2005. “I miss him very much. He told me, ‘I feel trapped in this life, Ralph. I could commit suicide at any moment.’?” Before he did, the father of gonzo journalism told Steadman to “stop that filthy scribbling.”

Happily, he didn’t listen. At 80, the soft-spoken Brit is merrily scribbling away — though “merrily” doesn’t quite describe the bile into which he dips his pen when the topic turns to politics. Fans of Donald Trump, Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan should steer clear of the Society of Illustrators, where Steadman’s work fills four floors.

I may have to take a trip....

the second is from an American Statesman article:

I spent ages googling that, trying to figure out what's up.

I think if I pay extra they can get cover up that stuff.
(I've got crowns on all of my lower molars. I've only had them done once)

Trump probably doesn't know that his roots show. (Pssstt...don't tell him)

18. Mine are that way because of the stuff in the crown or something

I had crowns because my fillings were falling out. I'm pretty sure it's age related. Teeth weaken and old fillings just don't fit anymore. (It happens to both men and women, but probably worse with women) Teeth grinding is also a huge factor.

I was concerned about about a black band at the base of a crown on my uppers. Brought it to the dentists attention, they said there was nothing wrong. Around the same, time they put 6 crowns on my lower molars and they have those ugly black bands. (I've had these crowns since 2013) My dentist is kinda cheap and I'm in a dental HMO.

I noticed that Tom Cruise had the same issue on one of his uppers.

ETA: Your pic of Trump with his mouth open indicates he probably has crowns. His teeth are just too white for someone his age.

fabulous!

this is a great story, too:

http://www.huckmagazine.com/perspectives/reportage-2/ken-kesey-merry-pranksters/

and look what came with it!

I used to live in DC; four of us were driving to work one day, and two or three obvious feds were escorting this doped-up-looking guy across the street right in front of us.

denizens of that particular era, we all realized that the guy they had in tow was fricking Timothy Leary, being held for testimony regarding one odd offense or the other, perhaps due to his pot arrest and the changeover from the marijuana stamp deal or somesuch.

that was very very weird. we had to do some acid to commemorate our good fortune, and decry his own unfortunate circumstances

HST should have stuck around to explain the Trumpster...
He would have been exposed as easy pickings to explain this catastrophy to the gun humpers...in their terms.

by tunneling beneath and then placing large quantities of hay/straw and hog fat/carcasses in the tunnel.
Torching the tunnel would then burn at a high temperature, ultimately toppling the wall.
13th century technology and lots of hard work!
