Stand your ground laws legitimize civilians shooting out of fear. It won't happen, but I would love for someone to ask if he thinks that justification should only be available to women.

My point was if civilians men and women want to shoot with impunity, they have to claim fear because that is the entire basis of stand your ground laws.

If real men don't get scared, they can't legally play wild west.

so that would be a maybe on the woman thing. He was pandering to the black audience, while pretty much being sexist about the fact that it was a woman cop.

but he's still monumentally unqualified for the job and that's not going to change between now and November (and probably not ever). I feel like the MSM is waiting for some kernel of credibility or something that shows that he's not going to be a disaster if elected as POTUS. I really wish that they'd stop.
