Which effectively grants government the ability to seize private property via eminent domain with tax revenue and economic stimulus as justification.

This was one of the rare instances where I was very disappointed with the left wing of the court.

That is a pretty famous decision.

Another horrible decision that is obscure but has a big impact on workers & consumers is AT&T v. Concepcion. It basically allows companies to make you sign away your right to sue in a take it or leave it form contract and makes state courts almost powerless to protect their citizens against this.
