To put it another way, Clinton has chased the disaffected Republicans and now voter enthusiasm is way down on our side compared to the Trumpers.

The majority of Americans are far more liberal than they were in the 1980's and 90's. The more conservative Baby Boomers -- the Fox News viewers -- are dying out. That means the Democrats need to appeal to the more progressive voters in their base and other lefties. Get them energized to go to the polls.

Hillary is going to pick up some conservatives anyway, just because she isn't Donald Trump. She already has those voters. It's high time for her campaign to energize the left, especially the young people.
