Jeb Bush, Please Clap

Erstwhile Republican presidential candidate and former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R) made a surprise cameo appearance at the Emmys on Sunday night as Jimmy Kimmel’s Uber driver.

Bush said that he’s currently “in between jobs” and that his Uber gig pays twelve dollars an hour. When Kimmel said he needed to get to the Emmys, Bush asked, “Are you nominated?”

“I am, yeah,” Kimmel replied.

“Wow,” Bush replied. “What’s that like?”
