What if it was arson? (NY trash bomb)

Lots of construction and I heard several people on tv talking about the high rent and the construction is blocking businesses and hurting sales. So what if someone wanted out, has insurance and now the place has a trash bomb... its very possible. I mean why not make it look like a terror attack. It does distract.

Of course I am generally wrong at these things.....

the 50-60 era you could hear about a hit in just about any major city - even small cities...all different methods...and this method would not be that unusual....

I hope all injured make a fast recovery....
