I am going to write you a really good resume to help you with your plans, the DU poster called a la izquierda has made the first contribution on your Go Fund Me account. Wouldn't it be amazing if an auto technician in your area could get your car on the road again?

You have been through a roller-coaster of emotions for over a decade. I went through that for seven months. It is draining in every way.

With over twenty-thousand posts, you are without doubt part of the DU community. Come on DU - give this guy a break.

...I hope you make it to Colorado and get to do what you wanna do, cuz you earned it.

My girlfriend is a professional caregiver (underpaid, of course), so I know secondhand how difficult and thankless that job can be, and how it can consume your day-to-day existence, leaving no time, or energy, for yourself.

You done good on your Bro, now you deserve to do good for Yourself, cuz, like I said, you earned it.

I always appreciated the wonderful people that would come in to take care of my Bro when I would leave after getting him to the ER during an attack. It really is a tough job. Thank her for me. I know she's paid, but people like her helped my Bro get thru when I couldn't always be there. Appreciate all you said...

State Disability for him is not very much, basically covers rent. He supports me emotionally as a dear friend. But asking anything of him takes from what he gets to survive. This also adds stress to him with my car not running and worrying about me for the first time in the 12 yrs since he got sick.

If I could get enough to get my car fixed, this will speed up my getting to the city where I can drive to work, and, as one of the 8 who so kindly donated said to me deserve to be, after being my brother's keeper for 12 years. Her words brought me joy, something I've not had much of since the car went kaput. I'm not asking much of anybody, give if you wish, and thank you for wishing me well. Asking for help was the final straw, as we've tried to figure out any solution for a few weeks, and getting stressed for asking is not what I want to feel like. Just day to day needs right now are a struggle, this is why charity from DU will help end this and bring about positive changes for me.
