I'm sure if John McCain had fainted in 2008, DU would have just wished him well and moved on.

Stop trying to act like we are somehow above gutterball politics and that we wouldn't be yukking it up here had that happened to John Boy. There were plenty of discussions about "McGramps" here and the fact you know who was waiting in the wings.

This is a political board, as well as partisan. It's okay to admit the optics sucked today, especially with this health angle someone has cooked up for some reason. YOU tell me who in the Trump campaign came up with this health stuff and why they thought it was worth pursuing.

My main concern is that Hillary is okay. She is. Now let's grow up and stop acting like we'd be above using this on an opponent even for a day or two.

why hasn't he released his medical records?

not to faint, given the vacuous nitwit he had serving as his vice presidential nominee.

None of us likes the far right kooks in way too many high places across the country, including the media, but right wing kooks are abundant in those way too many places.

People supporting the Democratic ticket in November are likely very swift and sincere in hoping for our candidate's enduring health, even as we are understandably apprehensive about how the far right will play this morning's incident.

There are persuasive reasons to support the Democratic ticket in 2016 unrelated to health, just as there were reasons to reject McCain-Palin. There are even more reasons to reject Trump-Pence than McCain-Palin, and that's saying something.

Good health to Hillary Clinton and let's light up that damn electoral college map bright blue on Nov. 8.
