I've seen a lot lately. I've started collecting them. Sometimes it's a reader's comment to a written piece. Sometimes it's a passage within a written piece. Sometimes it's a verbalized quote. These things pop up everywhere. It's really prevalent! Full disclosure, I focus on mainstream sources and a few liberal-leaning names like Charlie Pierce and Paul Krugman and the like. I don't like to waste time on Pox Noise or hate radio or Drudge or Breitbart.com. I know what I'd get from those.

My interest is to keep up with what's said and how it's phrased ON OUR SIDE - which tells me how memorable it's apt to be, in combatting and beating back what the bad guys are pushing on the other side. If it's catchy, it's easier to remember and, thus, to pass on to or otherwise share with somebody else, which spreads the phrase farther. Quite literally "the phrase that pays." And it could wind up as a trending hashtag, or a bumper sticker, or both, or more.

You can almost literally find gold nuggets almost anywhere these days!
