And lots of hot peppers. I used to eat tasty habaneros, but no more. They now give me instant hiccups which don't go away for a long time. Agony, but only because of the hiccups.

Michigan sucks for Mexican food. I should live in New Mexico where it is absolutely and uniquely glorious.

I had the pleasure of living there for a number of years, and miss the food, culture, landscape, and weather.

And, yeah, a couple years ago habaneros started giving me hiccups, too!! Annoying!

15. A couple of our local grocery stores had roasters from NM.

I bought a batch from a Hatch roaster last fall, and still have a lot in my freezer.

We used to live in Santa Fe. Whereabouts are you?
