2. The gooier, the better!

You're almost tempted to eat it through a straw. And best when it is bigger than your head. But my mother always told me to never eat anything bigger than my head. So I am saved. (Except for that burrito at the Last Chance Bar in Hawkins, MI. Nobody can eat that in one sitting. But then again, it is bigger than ones head.)

However, I am firmly in the taco truck crowd. Tacos -- please, soft corn shells -- are the best. A minimalist platform for a maximum eating experience. No fork needed, only fingers. Order at least four.

A Taco & Burrito truck on the corner. I could go for either.
