You no longer have to talk about Trumps bigotry. Everyone knows he and those he associate with are. No one is clueless that he is a bigot. Just stick to the issues, jobs, health, education, infrastructure, national security, foreign affairs, etc. Trump will just go on and on about nothing. You got this.We are about 2 months away from election day, no one at this point will change their vote now. Most people have already made up their minds who they will vote for.

(18,672 posts)People like to pretend they're not racist or that Trump really isn't a bigot. Racists need to always be exposed. "I'm not racist but...._________" is their frequent cover. I've had enough! This nation needs to have a serious, thoughtful dialogue on racism because we're all guilty. We live in a country where there's been systematic racism and/or pandering to people with more melanin in their skin since its settlement.
I'm so glad Hillary bluntly used her platform to expose this racist and his inciting and enabling other racists to crawl out from hiding to shout and act out their misplaced fear and anger. This hate has no place anywhere.

That being said, main action is gonna be on the ground. Gonna do what I can to make sure our voters get to the polls.

(28,394 posts)I think the Reno speech covered the subject and she doesn't need to keep going there. That is a job for the surrogates now. I would also prefer that she stick to issuers and proposals. Those are the topics that the general public is not well-informed about.
Not sure about how many undecideds there still are though. Most people will focus on the election after Labor Day and during the debates. Two months is a very long time in politics.

(1,237 posts)Everyone knows ,but who out there is saying this is completely unacceptable behavior from a presidential nominee? Last I seen, Trump and his bigoted minions are still on the airwaves being allowed to spread their dangerous message of hate. She needs to continue on reminding Americans that some one in DC understands that this isn't the norm and that the media, Republicans, and those that support his message should be ashamed of themselves. Go get him Clinton, go for the jugular, destroy Trump and the Republican party!
