5. Random brush with greatness: my co-worker found a listing for an Orson Bean

in the phone book back in the 70s, when Orson Bean was pretty well known. He called the number as a lark, and a man picked up & said, "Orson Bean." Brian said, "Holy shit! Orson Bean answers his own phone!" We were all impressed with that.

Without more information, there's a mishmash of speculative possibilities: BEAN might or might not be Lib, might or might not agree with the daughter, or whatever.
