ObamaCare is being blamed for higher medical costs.
The industry knew a long time ago the new drug market was going to get sparse. Cornering the market is their last option. They are devouring themselves at this point.

and a steaming pile of it. They knew very well how the whole thing works and would play out, it's simple greed. They may not have planned on the PR disaster, but living in the bubble, they may not really care all that much.
