Thanks all for voting! I will post the Final Poll later today!
The theme for the August Photo Contest is "Keeping It Cool". Something a lot of us try to do during August but could be interpreted in a large variety of ways. And you will find a large variety here!
Please vote for your favorite in each of the three preliminary rounds. Voting will be open for 3 days. The 3 thread winners plus the next 5 highest vote recipients will move to the final round of 8.

Sorry. Your thread needs editing.
Good luck. Will gladly come back when it's fixed.

(12,132 posts)when I copy the link location for the first pic I get this: (without the _ underscores)
_http_://1.1.1.3/bmi/i857.photobucket.com/albums/ab135/stylemismatch/photography/CRW_2500p2_1024_zpsqs5cihop.jpg
and I don't think that's a valid domain (1.1.1.3) for non-members to get to. (It resolves by itself to a login page so anything after the 1.1.1.3/ would likely be inaccessible to anyone without a login)

(7,348 posts)of the pictures and pasted. Yes all photobucket ones had "1.1..." prefixes so I went through and removed them. Hopefully that works... The pix some could see were from like flickr, etc.
I guess that's something I learned! Thanks a ton!

(7,348 posts)Because of the delay getting the pictures visible I wanted to extend the voting period through today but since the poll was for 72 hours and time has expired it looks like people can no longer vote.
If I edit the post and reset the poll for "unlimited" will it keep the current vote tally? Or will it reset to zero?
