Free speech, suspected speech and sarcasm
We frequently hear about individuals been arrested for what's on their Facebook, or twitter, or just talk in support of Daesh (ISIL) and against the U.S. government and officials.
So now, I suppose, once they are arrested they can say; oops, I was being sarcastic..
