I can't believe that culpability is suspended, because it is a political campaign.

1. A defamatory statement;

2. Published to a third party;

3. Which the speaker knew or should have known was false;

4. That causes injury to the subject of the communication

Anyone who willfully jumps into this cesspool has got to be stronger than I could ever pretend to be. One exception would be Donald Trump. I think his rotten speeches are used to cover up his weaknesses.
