Opinions differ on ROTC members.

That's one of their standard arguments.
I mean, sure, you consent to letting one live in your house, and then that one invites his/her friends over. You go out for a while, they change the locks and it looks like Camp Pendleton in there in no time.
I know one member who makes his Coast Guard daughter sleep on the porch!
