That seems to be the questions Morning Joe and other Republicans are asking themselves.

It is not enough that she has said that she made a mistake and that the head of the FBI said she was "truthful" in her FBI interview and that no reasonable person would prosecute the case...

That is not enough.

She needs to say she is just as dishonest and untrustworthy as Donald J. Trump, the Republican standard bearer. After all, the polls show that most people believe her not to be honest and trustworthy. What more proof do you need?

Surely the corporate media has nothing to do with how people feel about questions in a poll, do they?

It has been a strategy of the Republican Party for many years to try and personally destroy their opponents, rather than talk about issues that should be important to the American people.

The sad part about it is that many in the media, that should know better, follow the pied pipers that push these stories.

There is no moral equivalence between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. They know it and you know it and Bob Dole knows it...

letting this bullroar PASS unrefuted. they need to STOP the conversation and explain that it might take more than thirty seconds of precious airtime to explain the reasons that she did NOT lie, that she did NOT, to her knowledge, mishandle ANY secret emails that were properly marked, then cite comey's backtracking testimony to back it up. problem is, they are not allowed the TIME to do so. one guy on CNN was doing a great job of explaining it, and they shouted him down, cutting him off. the end of it was great, because the guy accused the pompous blowhard David Gergen of being dishonest in his characterization. I thought he was going to pop an aneurism over that. haaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrr
