9. How Would That Have Worked?

Would he have sent the hijackers back to their home countries before they were able to attack the country? As far as I know most of the hijackers were individuals who had overstayed their visas. That means they were in the United States before January 2001. Which means even if Donald Trump had been elected President and on his first day in office he enacted his ban on all Muslims the hijackers would not have been prevented from coming into the United States.
