So, the Republicans want the American people to have a voice in the pick for Supreme Court...

Which is their justification for waiting until after the new President has taken office.

When Hillary wins in a landslide, does that mean they will be just fine and let her candidate sail through?

Even if it's way more liberal than the candidate Obama has put forth?

Republicans don't like it, of course, but tough shit for them.

Incidentally, The American People will speak again in Nov 2016, and I suspect that Repubs won't like that, either!

but if I could do a Being John Malkovich on Obama on relection night, the minute that 50th Senate seat goes D, which will likely be long after it's obvious HRC has 270+ locked up, I pull Garland's nomination and put in somebody like Godwin Liu followed by a 4 word tweet: "you had your chance."

Did you see his absolute honor to be chosen by the president? Democratic supporters are not nasty. They won't pull the nomination unless it's voted down by the Repugs.
