6. What you call stupidity could be the result of developmental delay, learning difficulties,

declines in mental function, memory loss and mood disorders, all of which are symptoms of lead poisoning. I'm not a fan of pathologizing behaviors -- and I admit this wouldn't be my first thought if she were white -- but she tested positive for lead poisoning as a child. Its effects across populations are proven; individuals make up populations, and this may be what it looks like at that level.

If lead poisoning damaged her brain to the point she fired a shotgun at cops while holding her 5 yr old child on her lap, she was completely unfit to parent.
