That he got refund from the Government so instead of paying taxes, we paid him.

That he was paying child support to one or more women with whom he had an affair while both married.

That he is paying large sums of money to certain individuals who worked for him in the past but mysteriously resigned and walked away. (Hush money.)

1. If I remember right, child support is not income or deductible

but then taking them as dependents could be there.
