but thinking that is precisely the exact same mistake the German industrial aristocracy made in the early 1930s.

Hayden said implimenting nuclear is designed to be a rapid response, not a long, contemplative procedure.

He also reminded Joe and Mika of the absolute deference the military has and must have for civilian leadership. He clearly stated that he and some other security people are worried about a crisis between military and Trump if he's president.

Then Joe commented that a national security advisor to trump said that trump asked him three times in one meeting about using nuclear weapons, and why we shouldn't use them if we have them.

I can't begin to convey the happiness I feel at this moment

is this what it was like when the whigs went to hell?

it's too early to tell, but they've gotten to the point they actually discussed the story of Clinton planting the seed in trumps mind to destroy the repub party.

god, if that's true, it's without doubt the greatest stroke of political genius in history. they are without a clue as to where to proceed.

and the delicious irony is that he could be brought down by an ISIS plant, right? right, Roger Stone? that Nixon tattoo starting to burn a hole in your back, yet? nothing to the burn you're going to feel when you meet him downstairs in a few years, or sooner.

The only "check and balance" that's going to keep Il Duce Arancione from nuking anyone he feels like is if the Third Infantry from Fort Myer marches down Constitution Avenue and caps his ass. We ain't had a coup in this country yet and we don't need to start.

And I don't know about y'all, but if you've got your choice of a nice, normal, reasonably rational person and a psychopathic nut, why in fuck would you vote for the nut?
